Plot shape as per Vastu

 Plot shape as per vastu shastra has a great significance. Different shapes have different effects on its habitants. Even the extension of any Plot or piece of Land is considered while buying a Plot according to Vastu.

Following are the Plots layouts with their relative effects on its owners:

Square:

If the four sides are equal like a square, it is called a square plot. This type of plot is having all the four corners at 90^o, it is considered to be auspicious, prosperous, giving success in all fields and promoting overall growth.

Rectangle:

This plot is having all four angles of of 90^o is also considered to be lucky, prosperous and promoting overall growth.

Circular:

This plot as per vastu is very beneficial for growth of wealth and knowledge.  But rectangular or square buildings should not be constructed on it as it causes bad results. Only a circular building should be built here.

Gomukhi or Cow faced:

This plot is having narrow front and wider back. This plot is very auspicious for construction of houses but it is not suitable for commercial purposes.

Sher Mukhi or Singh Mukhakar:

This shape of plot is having wider front and narrow back (like a face of a lion). Such plot as per vastu is beneficial for commercial purposes but it is not suitable for residence purpose.

Hexagonal:

The layout of plot is having six corners and all corner sizes are equal.  Residence on such a plot is good, it enhances growth, progress and prosperity.

Oval:

This type of plot is inauspicious, harmful and bring losses to the residents living in it.

Triangular:

There are only three corners and three sides in this plot layout. This plot shape as per vastu causes loss due to fire, penalty and government harassment.

Parallelogram:

This plot shape as per vastu is not suitable.  It causes financial losses, quarrels in family and unhappy life to the dweller.

Star:

This type of layout of a plot causes quarrels, litigations and destruction of peace.

Semi circular:

This layout as per vastu brings poverty to the residents.

Importance of Geometric plot shape

-          Extension at North-East  : Good for overall growth, excessive wealth

-          Extension at North-West: Unhappiness, more enemies, loss in business, theft

-          North-East cut: Loss of finance, Health and Peace

-          North-West cut: Good for growth and prosperity.

-          Extension at South-West: Ill Health, Mental unhappiness, Accidental injury, No Prosperity.

-          South-East cut: Financial loss, loss of reputation and possibility of suicides.

-          South-West cut: Mental unrest, Ill Health, financial loss & loss of position or reputation.

-          Extension at South-East: litigation, unwanted expenses, bad for children and women
